Christian is an accomplished and highly proficient leader with extensive experience in General Management, Commercial and Business Strategy, Sales and Finance Operations, gained from over 14 years of working in various roles within the Financial Services Industry in Malawi. In his most recent capacity as CEO of Alliance Capital, Christian expertly spearheaded the company's turnaround strategy, overseeing a complete reorganization of the business and the introduction of new products, resulting in significant growth and outstanding performance.

Additionally, Christian is recognized for his instrumental role in establishing Alliance Stockbrokers Ltd. Prior to joining Alliance Capital, he held senior positions at African Alliance Malawi Ltd as Head of Trading and Stockbrokers Malawi Ltd as Head of Money Market. Christian is a holder of a Master's Degree in International Banking and Finance (IBF) from the University of Salford, Manchester UK, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Management College of Southern Africa (MANCOSA), and a Bachelor of Accountancy Degree from the University of Malawi, Polytechnic.
