Paul is a highly skilled computer expert with extensive experience in network planning, design, and security. He has collaborated with international organizations such as UNESCO and IBIS UK, and has consulted for the Ministry of Defense and Ministry of Interior in the Republic of South Sudan. Additionally, he has expertise in network engineering, having worked with organizations such as VSO South Sudan, VSO Ethiopia, and Ethio Tel. Paul is also an experienced lobbyist and investment consultant, having served as a mandate for Timor Leste, the Republic of South Sudan, and Congo Brazzaville. Currently, he serves as the CEO of Classic Exciting Safaris and NaOtai SMC LTD.

In terms of academic and professional qualifications, Paul holds a Bachelor of Business Information Technology from the University of Madras. He is also a Certified Ethical Hacker Version 9 from the University of Madras, as well as a CCNA-Certified Academy and a CCNP-Complete from Makerere University.
