Sam is an accomplished Industrial/Organizational psychologist with more than a decade of experience as a management consultant. He specializes in organizational development, recruitment and selection, performance management, leadership development, and other areas. Sam has worked with a diverse range of clients across various industries, including energy, retail trade, utilities, banks and other financial institutions, hospitality, education and training, and both private and public sector organizations. Sam's professional experience extends beyond psychology, as he spent over three years working in Sales and Marketing of Retail Financial Services and two years in trade marketing and distribution of fast-moving consumer goods. His diverse background allows him to bring a well-rounded perspective to every organization he serves.

Currently, Sam is a Ph.D. candidate, with a focus on research in leadership, organizational culture, and organizational change. He believes in continuous organizational renewal while remaining mindful of the tradition and culture that give organizations their unique personalities, all under the guidance of transformational leadership that continuously inspires the organization.
